Explain what led you to need a refund: Hello, I am issuing a request because while playing blackjack the dealer screwed me twice. Dealer gave me 2 Aces and a Jack is 12..... it called it as 22. I lost 8k to that dealer on this mishap. Also it took my 4k bet and stole away my Blackjack, got an ace and dealer called 11 and then on the flop I got a 10 and it only counted it as 20. Blackjack pays 3 to 1 so the dealer screwed me out of 12k on the second mishap. Please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In the circumstance of requiring a refund request, you're able to provide video evidence of the loss as it's outside of the realm of Role Play.
