My Inventory Glitched

Last night I grabbed a shotgun from my house and started unloading it, then this is when my inventory became glitched and I cannot longer use my inventory. I flexed my I muscle, and it allowed me to see a blank inventory then close that inventory and flexed my I muscle again, and it brought up the menu when you flex you M muscle. I had someone try to search me, but it told them I have nothing in my pockets, also I have tried to get into my house inventory, and I have lost a couple of weapons by trying to put them in my blank inventory. When I reload back in the gun has disappeared.

[Note]: When I join the server, I can just look at my inventory for one time after that when I press [ I muscle] it shows me the [ M menu] my inventory doesn't show my driving license, phone, or radio.

The first image is when I open the inventory the first time and the second image is when I try to open inventory next time.
