No hunting for each other as ones sole basis for being in the city. In a server that has REALISM in the name, gangs don’t go scouring the entire state to shoot their “opps”. It’s time to bring realism back to gang wars in a realism server Pocket wiping shall be allowed if it fits the RP motive. If it makes sense in RP for something to not be remembered then so be it. If it’s taking the items to be a detriment to the player and have no future RP basis then it’s not allowed (phones and radios). After the war is over both gangs will go their separate ways.
