Official Rule Changes - Pt. 2

Another rule change has been requested by members of the community and has been taken into consideration to reach a vote. The poll options are based on the suggestion responses shown below. Should you find yourself not agreeing with any of the options, you are free to vote no and create another suggestion.

Current Rule

Rule 14: Organized Crime

1. You can have no more than 4 players helping at any non-bank robbery and up to 8 players helping at any bank robbery (includes Fleeca & Pacific Standard).
2. Any illegal activity involving another player the instigators must follow the 2:1 ratio (Law enforcement may attend in larger numbers in an official duty while clocked in). Should you wish to plan anything bigger please seek staff approval.

• Example: Two players would be allowed to rob/assault one player on his own. 3 players trying to rob/assault one player would be in breach of this rule.
• If all parties involved in the above said ‘illegal activity’ identify as gang members then the 2:1 ratio rule does not apply.

3. Should you be injured and sent to the hospital due to injuries then you are not permitted to initiate any player on player crime for the next 45 minutes from your admission.

Recommended Change

OPTION 1 : The 2:1 Ratio rule applies to everyone, including gangs, OUTSIDE of a gang turf. If in gang turf, the 2:1 ratio does not apply to the gangs involved, but all gang war rules are still in effect.

OPTION 2 : The 2:1 Ratio rule applies to everyone, including gangs, BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE of a gang turf.

OPTION 3 : The 2:1 Ratio rule applies to everyone, including gangs, OUTSIDE of a gang turf. If in gang turf, the 2:1 ratio does not apply to the gangs involved, but all gang war rules are still in effect. ADDITIONALLY, gangs inside of gang turf can be "on sighted" without any communication needed.

OPTION 4 : The 2:1 Ratio rule applies to everyone, including gangs, BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE of a gang turf. ALTHOUGH, gangs inside of gang turf can be "on sighted" without any communication needed.

 

REMOVE : "If all parties involved in the above said ‘illegal activity’ identify as gang members then the 2:1 ratio rule does not apply."
