Reduce high effect time

I feel like when you smoke joints you keep the effect for too long. I feel like after the amount I’ve used my character would build more tolerance to them. And let’s be honest, rarely anyone is using them for rp, everyone uses them for armour anyway

-1 this would make people shoot more then its no RP and I love the RP on here. I personally think it should be increased in time and not give armor cauee weed dont give u superpowers.
