Benefactor test drive strikes

Describe the Bug:

As soon as I get in a car that I am test driving from benefactor I immediately get a strike, This has happened twice. Chang tried to help me then first time and we thought I didn't get a strike but it turns out I did get one and just didn't realize it

Steps to Replicate Bug (Include as much detail as possible):

Test drive a car from benefactor. It happens randomly as far as I know. All I do is try to test drive something and it happens.

Does this happen to anyone else:

I have talked to one other person that told me it happened to them but I don't know who they were

Can confirm that it happened since I was with Chang when she had the issue, and I also had the issue where I pulled out a vehicle to test drive and there was no return circle and got a strike straight away.
