Los Santos Customs Freezing and Vehicle Lockout

Describe the Bug:

I went into the Los Santos Customs next to PDM and tried to change the Colour of my car and the second I pressed Respray the vehicle locked and I couldn't exit the menu or leave the Garage. I stepped out of the vehicle after trying everything I could and now the Vehicle is soft locked to the Garage. 

Steps to Replicate Bug (Include as much detail as possible):

Enter a Los Santos Customs and Click Respray Vehicle, Menu should vanish and than you're stuck in the vehicle menu and cannot exit. Stepping out of the Vehicle will soft lock the Vehicle to the Garage and cannot be re-entered.

Checked Bug Reports and Didn't see anything. I did have an Issue in the Past but it only happened once and than was fine afterwards. Just Frustrating since I have to Claim my Vehicle now  Refund if Possible

This was fixed but now new bug showed up im being thrown into a wall and glitvlching inside walls the second my car does the driving forward animation

Also that happened to me i just got a tow truck towed my car to garage put my car away then got it back and was fexed

This occurs whenever you exit your vehicle while still in the benny's menu. The only way to fix it is to tow the vehicle out of the menu and impound it then pull it back from the garage.
