[SECTION 3] Scenario Questionnaire

The following will be scenario questions in which you will do the best of your ability to respond to.

You are patrolling the streets, you get a call for a person being mugged, happens to be a few streets over. Another call comes it but it’s for an officer in distress! What is your next move and how will you go about handling the situation Required

You are standing across the road near to a bank. You are currently an off duty Peace Officer. You see a red Neon pull up outside with four people inside it all wearing dark clothing and masks. Three of the people exit the vehicle and head inside the bank. (Would you do anything at this point?) Within the space of 3 minutes of them going inside a lady walking her dog approaches the bank and ties the dog to the post near the door and walks inside. You see what looks to be a black thin object sticking out past the wall into the window in her general direction. (would you do anything at this point?) You now see the lady raise her hands up and one of the mask individuals walk towards her and hold her hands. The bank silent alarm has been activated and local law enforcement arrive, do you assist them and if so how do you? Required

You perform a traffic stop on a four door albany emperor that you had seen speeding and running a red light. After calling it over the radio you get out of your car and approach the driver. When speaking with the driver, he informs you that he does not have a driver's license. During the entire stop the driver has been compliant. What would you do next? Required
